FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL



Freshmen Orientation – See the announcement on the main page of our school website for date and time information. All questions will be answered at the sessions.

Class of 2020 Senior Photos – See the announcement on the main page of our school website for information. If you cannot keep your appointment read the directions left by Mrs. Grant.

Email Inquiries Summer 2019 - Email inquiries will be answered on a very limited basis during the summer. Emails will be answered on 8/13 and then when school begins.

PupilPath: If you are an existing student and you need access to PupilPath; DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL. The access request form is on the main page of the school website. If you are a new student to FHHS we will not be giving out access codes until after school begins. The date and time to pick up schedules will be posted on the school website by the end of August. Pupil Path access requests will be answered on 8/13, and then when school begins. Incoming students new to FHHS will receive access to Skedula in September after school begins.

Main Office Hours: The Main Office is open during summer school but has shortened hours. The main office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Alumni Records Request: If you need a transcript you can request one through our website. The link is on the main page. Complete the form and mail that along with a money order for $5.00. You must include a copy of a current government issued ID and clear mailing instructions. Be advised that it is NOT possible to replace a lost diploma. You may request a transcript which will show that you graduated. It is best to pick up transcripts during the summer in person. The main office is on a very limited schedule and there will be a delay in processing requests made by mail.

Emailing Teachers or Other Staff Members: Click on the Teacher/Staff tab next to the rotating pictures. Find the individual teacher you would like to email and click their name. Type your message there and click send. The email will go directly to the teacher you are trying to reach. Direct teacher/staff emails are available under both the Student and Parent tabs on the main page of the school website.

Students Seeking Admission to FHHS: If you are seeking a transfer admission or general admission to Forest Hills High School you must go to the Office of High School Enrollment in Jamaica Queens. They will determine where you will go to school based on available seats. Forest Hills High School does NOT have the ability to accept students without paperwork from the Office of High School Enrollment. Visit schools.nyc.gov for location information.


School begins on Thursday 9/5/19 with a regular day of school. Have a good rest of the summer.
