Class of 2020 - Yoga or Running for YOU!

Attention Juniors and Seniors! College Applications, FAFSA, Thesis Paper or Life in General Stressing You Out! Click for info.

Join us for our new Yoga and Running Workshops to help you deal with the stresses you are encountering.

Tuesday afternoons beginning next week, the Senior Office with the support of the Parents Association will be offering you an opportunity to deal with the senior year stress through Yoga and Running workshops.

Our next yoga session is Tuesday, February 4th from 2:05 PM to 3:05 PM —there will be a maximum of 30 people each week. Yoga Mats are optional. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. Sign ups for yoga will be on Eventbrite. Please use the following link to sign up for Yoga:

Our next running session is Tuesday, January 28th, from 2:05 PM to 3:05 PM. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for running and a water bottle. All levels of runners and run/walkers are welcomed. This activity will take place outside so please dress for the weather. Refreshments will be served when we return to Forest Hills.
